It features high ionic conductivity, low moisture sensitivity, excellent oxidation resistance, weak corrosion, and good compatibility with electrode materials. As an upgraded electrolyte salt, it widely replaces and blends with LiPF₆ in high‑end lithium‑ion batteries.
